Originally from Montreal and shaped by the creative spirit of San Francisco, Sia brings a lifetime of movement and pedagogy to her dance. She began dancing at age three, exploring various solo and partner styles with a foundation rooted in contemporary and swing dance forms. She specialized in Balboa, a style she has taught, judged, and competed in professionally across North America and France, earning the title of two-time Canadian Balboa Champion. In recent years, Sia has embraced Fusion dance as an expressive and inclusive space to explore self and partner expression. For Sia, Fusion is more than a dance—it’s a living canvas for creativity, presence, and shared artistry.
