Why Prerequisites Matter for our process

To maintain faster-paced class environments and intentionally build on material, we have prerequisites for entering our higher-level classes. This system allows us to create dynamic learning environments where all students can fully participate and benefit from the class content.

ASSESSMENTS

fusion dancers often come from a variety of movement backgrounds, so we collaborate with our students to design personalized learning pathways that honor their unique experience and needs.

If you’re an Academy student and aren’t sure if you're ready for the next level, we offer assessments to help determine whether your prerequisite knowledge is sufficient to advance.

If you're a first time student who has been dancing for a long time, getting an assessment is a great way to determine what class you should begin in when starting your journey at the Academy.
