Tuition Rates and Fees
A credit card MUST be on file for every account and will only be used if your account is more than 60 days in arrears. If you would like your tuition payment paid monthly on your credit card, either notify the office or check yes under recurring billing on your online account. If you would like ALL charges paid automatically to your credit card, please notify the office.
Monthly tuition is based on a hourly rate and divided into 10 equal payments September to June. Tuition is not based on lessons per month. Discounts will be applied to any students taking 1 hour or more a week and will increase as the number of class hours increase.Payments will remain the same each month regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, etc. We have selected some holidays to keep the studio open to help even out the number of lessons with the vacations.

Rates based on number of hours per week Tuition is due by the 1st class of each month... any accounts paid after the 10th will be charged a $20.00 late fee.
Fees policies Registration Fees
The registration fee is due annually at the time of fall registration. The registration fee is $35. Families enrolling more than one child pay $15.00 per child thereafter. For families with 3 or more students dancing will be a flat registration fee of $60.00 due. First months tuition is due at the time of registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. Registration is accepted in the studio or online.
Winter Performance Fee
Every December, Fusion holds a "Winter/Holiday" performance. This is an optional performance opportunity for our students. Any students participating will be charged a $40.00 performance fee. The performance fee is not per piece, it is per dancer and will cover any classes the student participates with in the show.
Spring Recital Costume Fees
Creative Movement Class for ages 3-4 are $60.00: $30 costume deposit will be due by November 1st and balance of $30.00 will be due December 1st.
Combo classes ages 3 and up and all other classes are $80.00: $40 Costume deposit will be due by November 1st and the costume balance of $40.00 will be due no later than December 1st.
The recital fee is paid per family and goes towards the facility, technicians, staff, and maintenance charges. With this fee each family will also receive a recital t-shirt for each child and two performance tickets.

Recital fee: 1/2 payment due on March 1st and the balance will be due April 1st Enrollment Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. For full classes, a waiting list will be maintained to accommodate other students if and when space becomes available. Classes are limited in size and students are grouped according to age and ability level. Classes begin in September and end in June with our annual Spring Production. Your registration fee and first tuition payment are due at the time of enrollment.
Account Payments/Management and Auto Pay Option
You can manage your account online, paying by credit card or you can pay in the office using cash, check or credit card. There will be a fee of $25 for any returned checks. Our Office will be available to answer any questions regarding tuition accounts and payments throughout the year. Payments may be made either by personal check, cash or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Fusion Dance Academy. To ensure proper credit, please put your child's name on the check, especially if your child has a different last name than yours.
Late Fees and Returned Checks
A $20.00 late fee will automatically be added to your account after the 10th of the month. Reminder Invoices will be sent out once a month by our office. Once enrolled, you are responsible for monthly payments without receiving a monthly reminder. A $25.00 processing fee will be added for all returned checks.
*Fusion Dance Academy reserves the right to discontinue a dancer's classes for non-payment of tuition. Missed Classes and Refunds There are NO pro-rated fees for missed classes or holidays. There will be no refunds for classes missed due to illness or injuries. Payments may not be reduced in order to accommodate family vacations. Studio closure days due to weather or classes cancelled due to a teacher absence will be made up at time arranged with that teacher. Students may attend another class on the schedule as a make-up class if they missed a class due to illness or if the student cannot attend a scheduled make up class. Classes are not transferable to another student. Withdrawals or Class Changes Anytime a student is adding, changing, or dropping a class the studio requires written notice or an add or drop slip needs to be turned into the office at least 3 weeks prior to discontinuing class. You will be responsible for three weeks tuition from the date the studio receives notification.
